Daniel Clark is an Attorney with the Washington, D.C. office of Kator, Parks, Weiser & Harris, P.L.L.C. He is a member of the bars of the State of Maryland and of the Commonwealth of Virginia. His application for admission to the bar of the District of Columbia is pending. Mr. Clark first joined the firm as a law clerk during his final year of law school and returned to become an associate in September 2016.
Mr. Clark served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Irma S. Raker, a Senior Judge of the Court of Appeals of Maryland, during the 2015-2016 term.
Mr. Clark graduated cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law in May 2015. He won the Mussey Prize for the highest scholastic average during his last year of study in the evening division. Mr. Clark earned his Bachelor of Arts from the College of William & Mary with a double major in International Studies concentrating in Latin American Studies, and Hispanic Studies.
During law school, prior to working at Kator, Parks, Weiser & Harris, PLLC, Mr. Clark interned at the Office of the Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He also worked full-time for two years during law school as a Litigation Law Clerk at The Employment Law Group, P.C.
Before law school, Mr. Clark worked as a political operative for five years in domestic and international elections, including for a U.S. Presidential candidate, campaigns for Governor, U.S. Senate, the U.S. House of Representatives, as well as for foreign heads of state and political parties. He served as Legislative Aide to a Maryland State Delegate for one year.
Currently, he is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association, and the Bar Association of Montgomery County Maryland.
